This course provides students with the basic knowledge of health care finance. Students acquire practical, applied and operational knowledge as it relates to the reciprocal financial theory, principle, or concept. Curriculum includes the following: fundamentals of cost-volume-profit decision analysis, expenditure control and reduction theory, product-line costing, operational improvement methods, total quality financial management, inventory control and capital management.
