Continuation of a peer supervision model based on reciprocal arrangements whereby peers work together for a mutual benefit, where developmental feedback is emphasized, and self-directed learning and evaluation is encouraged. Over two semesters, the class develops a peer supervision model that can be used if conventional supervision is ineffective.
